Annual General Meeting of 2021
Admiral Apichat Pengsrithong, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Chatchawee Wattanasook, Chief Executive Officer, TAC Consumer Public Company Limited (TACC) and the Board of Directors took a photograph together after the Annual General Meeting of 2021. Shareholders approved dividend payouts for 2020 at a par value of 0.17 baht/share which was marked with XD marks on 28 April to be paid out on 13 May 2021. The strategy for 2021 to boost sales by developing new products and sending new beverages to 7-Eleven and All Café, while continually boosting sales and realizing income from upsizing 22 ounces for the year. Soon, a new character will be sent to market and is expected to create a wave no less than Rilakkuma, Maja and Jay the Rabbit.
