Declaration

TAC Consumer Public Company Limited (“the Company”) would like to make clarification on the situation where the images of the company’s executive, Mr. Chatchawee Wattanasuk, Chief Executive Officer, were used falsely on a Facebook page “BC new trader (BC Trader  Mue Mai),” accompanied by messages  persuading people to invest in the stock market around 8 August 2022.
The company would like to inform and confirm that such advertisements on Facebook have nothing to do with Mr. Chatchawee Wattanasuk, Chief Executive Officer, so please do not be misled and do not take any action according to the aforementioned advertisements. The company has taken legal action and will take the utmost action to prosecute the person or group of persons who performed such acts
