In accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors from the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2014 held on April 30, 2014, the Company has established and announced the Code of Conduct and Ethics for Directors, Executives and Employees and to be served as the principles and guidelines for ethical practices within the organization.
