OHIGE no PON participated in BKKIF 2024
Bangkok Illustration Fair (BKKIF) is a large annual event that gathers artists of various generations and art styles from all around the world to showcase their works, share experiences, and find opportunities to expand on what they love and are passionate about. Bangkok Illustration Fair 2024 is held from 5-8 December 2024 at centralwOrld LIVE, 8th floor of centralwOrld.
Mr. Kanazawa Makoto, the character designer behind OHIGE no PON, participated in a fan meet-and-greet event in Thailand, hosting a booth featuring a wide variety of products from Japan. These included figures, bags, mystery boxes, keychains, stickers, postcards, and many more.
He also took part in a Talk Session on the topic: A Character Designer Spreading Kindness Through the Mustached Dog, OHIGE no PON, where he shared the story behind OHIGE no PON and his journey to becoming a character designer.
The event received an overwhelmingly positive response, and he expressed his hopes of meeting fans in Thailand again in the future.
