TACC Factory in Ban Beung Accredited with FSSC Standards

A TACC factory in Ban Beung met international standards and was accredited for food safety management systems for food and beverage production industry quality, hygiene and consumer safety. The factory passed the test for accreditation of food safety management systems under the world-class FSSC 22000 with acceptance from the Global Food Safety Initiative (GSFI).

Mr. Chatchawee Wattanasook, Chief Executive Officer, TAC Consumer Public Company Limited (TACC) disclosed that the TAC Consumer Public Company Limited’s Ban Beung factory received Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000) accepted by the Global Food Safety initiative (GSFI). The standard is accepted by major international retailers and identifies actions required from manufacturers to show the Company’s control of hazards that affect lack of safety in food to show food produced by certified producers is safe. Currently, FSSC 22000 has become a trade condition or specification for international business contacts in addition to being a pass for international trade.
