Good Governance Assessment
The Company achieved an excellent Corporate Governance Report (CGR) level in 2022, as per the evaluation by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD). The assessment encompassed 692 Thai Listed Companies, with 77% from the SET Group and 23% from the Mai Group. The Company secured a score of 90%, denoting an "Excellent level" performance.
